Vled DRL/High Beam
I know this type of question has been asked a million times but I'm not finding the exact answer I am looking.
Will these ( https://www.vleds.com/shop-applicati...reme-9005.html ) give me a white DRL and still function as an acceptable high beam without throwing any codes?
Thanks

I think it should work and I don't think you will need anti-flicker module. I wold check with VLED support. I have been using these since 2017.

I also upgraded FOG bulbs to LED as well (no anti-flicker module). I couldn't use Morimoto FOGS because my TL is from 2009.

I noticed this at the bottom of the vled link "Not for use in high/low beam DRL applications that operate at less than 8V." and I'm pretty sure our drl's operate at 6v so that's a no go. I might just pull the fuse since dropping ~$250 for a mostly aesthetic lighting mode is a bit steep for me. Definitely looking into LED fogs though. Almost all LED fogs are plug and play correct?

I can tell you that my PUTCO setup has been running since 04-29-2017 for both my LED DRL & LED FOG (Bulb replacement and not the really cool Morimoto LED fogs.). It has go through 3 Canadian winters so far!!!
