I just entered my VIN on the NHTSA website, and it says 0 recalls for my vehicle. Same result on Acura's website. So apparently it IS VIN dependent.

Phew! I thought it was something mechanically wrong. Luckily it's only a part that has nothing to do with the cars operation. Only something that could kill me in a small collision.

You can go to the NHTSA website and enter your VIN to see if your car is included in the recall, as well as the Acura website.

Hey guys, there hasn't been any update since Sept, I'd like to know if the airbag inflator on the passenger side of my 4G TL needs to be replaced too? I read about this when I had my driver side's replaced. I've asked dealer about the passenger side recently but they said mine didn't need one.
Any thoughts?
