Tapping sound comes back and more often

I posted the video last year in the winter.
after winter last year, I did not hear the noise again.
But, this week, the noise come back and get more often in the morning cold start, idle for a couple of minutes, then noise come up.

it sounds like tensioner to me this time. last year took the car to dealer, they said could be the tensioner, but last year the car had only 55k miles, I felt they did not spot the issue.
now car has 65k miles, if it is the tensioner, do I need to do the timming belt replacement together, even if the belt is still ok?

Does it burn any oil? If so, it could be gummed up valves. The chance is low but if it burns oil it's a possibility.

If you do the timing belt job, just replace everything. The belt is cheap. And that will get you another 105K miles before another service is needed.

it is fwd, not burning a drop between 6k interval.
interestingly, at cold start, the tapping noise did not come up right away, only after 1 - 2 minutes warm up, it starts tapping. and if I shut off the car, re start no noise.
it is interesting, car has extended warranty, it it is tensioner, they are going to cover it including part and labor. I have no idea if doing the timing belt and water pump together, how will it be.

Did you unplug the power plug off the purge solenoid and see if that was making the noise from last year? I cannot remember, It sits right behind the throttle body on the bracket. Part 2 the clip at the top? 36162-RMX-A01 part number

if you are getting the tensioner covered under warranty then def get the tbelt and water pump done. they will charge you a couple hours in labour but its def cheaper than doing the job again when your due and pay the huge bill
