Help! How to remove back seat? 2010

Trying to access my sub and removed the bottom seat, but just cant seem to get to C-bolt around headrest area.

On other acuras, they say theres a slit where you can stick a 10mm socket through but I searched and still unable to locate. Some help please!

Btw, anyone notice the sub rattle? I checked and it looks like the metal plate holding the sub is tearing where you bolt it on..see picture below. Doesnt look like an easy fix since its an entire piece.

Lift up on the seat back then pull forward releasing it from the hooks. The seat will release and you can remove it from vehicle to access the rear deck.

I think another member here had the same problem and that's what the dealer did to fix it.

There is a Technical Service Bulletin for this issue (with a repair kit part number).
Kit is expensive $669.88 list ( $468.92 with discount ). OUCH!

I don't know of anyone who has performed this repair. If you do, give us some feedback.
I think I'd repair it without the kit but use the TSB procedure as a guideline.
