Front vibration question

Front vibration question
Hi all,
Just got a certified 2009 TL with Tech. Overall happy with the car, specially the stereo and power.
I am a little concern with a light vibration on the steering when doing normal acceleration. I can tell is not balancing as it goes away when the gas pedal is free. Also, on a concrete highway I can notice a vibrating thump when going over the highway lines that divide the concrete. It almost feel like the tires are over inflated (they are not).
Is this is normal? Or should I take back to the dealership? I'm worry they will not be able to replicate the symptoms.

Check the front end alignment. It may be off.

When I picked up the car 6 weeks ago the dealer had replaced the tires as the old ones had seen it's days, the new Sumitomos HTR A/S PO1 m+s were balanced as per the dealer, I don't think they can be
cross rotated because there is an arrow pointing in one direction.

Unless the tires specify which is the outside face and have directional arrows, they can be unmounted from the rims and cross-rotated.

Front end vibration can be caused by several different things.
Questions you want to ask yourself to determine what the problem may be:
1) Does it vibrate only during:
acceleration - Check tires or mounts.
at all speeds - Check for bad suspension part
certain speeds - Check for bad tires or bent wheel.
just when you are braking - Check for warped rotors.
Tire balancing issue can sometimes be the tire itself. have the dealer show you that each wheel is zeroed out. In extreme cases they can 180 the tire on the wheel. However if the tire doesn't balance out chances are at times the tire itself is out of round.

Dear ride quality,
How many luxury manufacurers deliver their automobiles from the factory with Sumitomo tires as an option?
None? Oh, okay.
Thanks,
