Yes sir! Only trim based. FWD and AWD do not matter.

Thanks for posting this important info. Are you able to post similar info for the RDX and other models on their respective sites?

I tried posting about the TSX but it had less thank like 100 views so it seems they aren't very interested. So I check it once in a blue moon. RDX stuff.

Finance incentives:
0.9% 24-36 mos

Guess there is no need for incentives for RDX. Must be a good seller. Thanks.

You would be correct! That's why the MDX has like none.

I'm currently considering a 2014 TSX or TL. I've got the TL's but are there any TSX incentives?

Thanks, in advance.

Corey,
I'm not sure what these numbers are.

For 2014 TL Base/SE: $3,250 +$1,750, does this mean a dealer can sell the car for up to $3,250 under invoice and still make money for himself? So potentially, you should be able to negotiate down to that price?
Thanks

That is exactly what that means. Actually, the dealer can sell it for $3,249 under invoice and still make a profit. Thing is, negotiate for the $3250 under and then know the invoice cost for the dealer ad-ins. Let them take their profit there (with the ad-ons). I mean, hey, they gotta make SOME money... Tell them you are happy to give them $250 over the invoice costs on the ad-ons but want the car for invoice less the $3250.

Exactly what I just did (thanks to Corey!) and walked out with a 2014 base TL for $348/mo lease, tax included, zero capcost reduction.

Yes, they are selling amazingly well. They have ( obviously ) slowed down during the winter months but all-in-all they are the best selling vehicle we have at the moment.

If I recall correctly Stogie bought a 14 TL base FWD model car. By the looks of things he didn't opp for any accessories. Only accessories I would really recommend are trunk tray and all season mats. Don't get those ugly a$$ weather techs

Dealer installed tint, wheel locks, door edge guard/door handle guard. I think that was it. They had a trunk tray in it, but I told them to take it out. I knew what each of those items would cost me if I bought them on the interweb/etc. so I told them I would let them mark their add ons up $250 and called it a day. They wanted to mark them up $1250 or some ridiculous amount like that.

Hi Corey,

What is the residual value of a 2014 TL AWD base?

3yrs 15,000 miles

And is there a formula to apply should I decide to price another vehicle or mileage?

Thanks,

Paul

Not sure about 15K miles per year as I don't have that on my sheet. But here is what I do know!

2014 TL SH-AWD BASE

RV %: 57%
RV $: $23,070.75

I checked Edmunds. Looks like there are still incentives on new 2013 models, but not on 2014's. I would expect 2014 incentives to come back as it gets closer to the TLX release. There is a lot of inventory.

For a while, I think end of Jan through last week Acura was offering a 439/per month lease with $2,499 out of pocket with a $3,750 cash incentive on the SH-AWD Tech..

As of Tues or Wed of this week there is only a financing offer, no cash incentive which makes no sense to me.

Yup, seems dumb to me. My girl wanted to go an look at 14's but with no incentives that's not gonna happen.
