what happened to value car audio??

what happened to value car audio??
I found Marks acura on car domain black with the azect grill. I tried to click a link to value car audio and it didnt work. i want azect and value sports parts plus strut bar and dont know where to get them.

Ya he hasn't been around for quite some time. He had good product, but overpriced.
