1996 2.5TL

I am taking this out of deep storage.
It was loaded with aftermarket starter interrupt, remote start, etc. which I had removed and restored to original wiring.

The starter will not turn and it appears to not be getting juice to it.

Since there are 7000 different parts to the circuit and I have a hunch that it is being interrupted by a security circuit disabling the start circuit any ideas??
