Puming 89 or 91 octane for 98 TL

Puming 89 or 91 octane for 98 TL

Would it be okay to pump 89 octane for a 98 acura tl 3.2l. WOuld like to hear everyone thoughts.

Efficiency, performance. We have two knock sensors for a reason.

You'll also only save a couple bucks at the pump. 89 is only there to trick people anyway. A car either needs Premium fuel or it doesn't. Avoid crappy brands as well. They evaporate faster and the savings are illusory.

P.S. If the difference of 10 cents per gallon is a big factor then you definitely have the wrong car.
