Heated Seat is Not Hot

My driver seat heater does not appear to be working worth a &@*#%!

Whether I set it to high or low heat, the light on the switch comes on but I feel nothing down below. I assume both the bottom and back cushions should heat up. Is there any way to fix this without visiting the dealer?

How long do I wait for it to warm up?

Also, do both the bottom and the back heat up?
