hi folks,
I was browsing ebay and came across this item.

Anyone used it before? Will I actually get anymore horsepower from it?
Will it be safe for our car?

Any legitimate testing organization has said they are anywhere from worthless to restrictive.
Electric Powered Fan blowing air into the throttle body... 
might work... in blowing crap into the engine... (dirt, dust, etc...)
