First place to try would be a good lock smith (who may or may not be able to help); failing that, your local dealership.

Sorry but you can't just buy another key for you car Keke. The Acura anti-theft system consists of a "coded" key and an "immobilizer unit, the key is coded to the immobilizer unit installed in your RL, when the key is inserted and it is recognized by the immobilizer unit it will allow you to start your car. When your car was first sold it came with a two black master keys, and one gray valet key, key number plate, and a red "learning" key in a blister pack. If you bought your RL used it may not have come with those items, but if you have the key number tag or red learning key you can take those to a dealer and have a new key coded to the immobilizer that is installed in your car. If by some chance you do have the red key "DO NOT" try to start your car with it, it is only to be used by the dealer to program a new key to your car. If you do not have any keys or key number plate you will most likely have to deal with the expensive option of going through a dealer who will most likely have to replace your car's current immobilizer with a new unit with a key coded to the new unit and I have heard estimates ranging anywhere from $500 to $1,000 to have this done. I did find a company doing a Google search that can do this but it involves removing your immobilizer unit and shipping it to them and they will send it back with two keys coded to it. I am putting their link below, good luck Keke!
