Is that even off an RL?
That looks pretty custom to be, probably going to run you a couple grand to buy them, or even more to get them custom-made.
Check out some local body-shop/custom-shops and ask around.

Yup I'm sure, I've seen a couple of pics online. Also I just purchased a roof spoiler for the Rl and the guy said he could make a set for me for $750 and i'd have to send my fenders along with it. At the moment this is my only transportation.

It'll cost you a pretty penny to get fenders like that... but you know the rules of Flag Ship cars... "gotta pay to play"
