Keep in mind a short commute is known to cause problems. Water (condensate from air intake) and by-products of combustion remain trapped along the way out of the exhaust. And the colder the ambient temp the longer it takes to vaporize that moisture, which causes corrosion that can lead to exhaust leaks. Some of that moisture can transfer into the oil as well, which can cause bearing pitting.

I did the power steering flush at the dealership on my RDX at 100K and the steering felt better afterwards.
