Question where will I find the door drainage holes

on the doors of a two-door 97 Acura CL? My driver's side door is freezing shut. The lock freezes too. I think there is a problem with moisture getting in and not being able to drain. This may have been a cause of an intermittent short that caused me to get locked inside the car with the alarm blaring for 1/2 an hour!! Can you tell me where and how you clean the drainage holes? Thanks.
