Starting J32 6spd swap... sort of
Unfortunately for my poor CL the time has come. While I only had her for a few short years, it is time to move on to better things. Came across the opportunity to buy an 04 SSM 6spd TL w/ black interior and I am going to snap on it. Test drive + paperwork tomorrow! It is in MINT shape, couldn't find a scratch on it. The only thing I was concerned about with buying a 6spd 3gTL was the synchros... so the dealer replaced them all .
In the process of returning the CL to stock (aside from the suspension, they will get the OEM stuff in the trunk). Going to be a sweaty dirty humid night for me.

It's a known "issue" with them. The guys over on the 3G side say to just switch to synchromesh. When I saw the car there was a very slight 5th gear grind so they just replaced them all. I remember reading about this problem with the 6spd accords a while back too, the unofficial cause is people skip shifting without rev matching.
