I'm a big fan of the 97 grilles. I'll eventually be putting one on my whip.

Something along these lines would look pretty sharp on a white CL too.

seriously, the hell with ebay on grilles. They sell too cheap shit for too much. make your own!

Look up mine, I made it out of a 97 by dremmeling the center piece and sandwiching mesh in the middle. I finally painted my center support in black, and it looks a lot better. Just use your imagination!

Cool, exactly what I did to match the white and I did the outer chrome black as well. Big fan of black and red though.

Yeah, I'm personally all for the 'dremeling out the entire center bar' and fiberglassing the ends and meshing in the center. Kinda reminiscent of the 5th gen accord 'mugen' grills. I just wish that our grills weren't incorporated into the hood, so that I could fabricate some kind of custom one-piece grill w/eyelids kinda like the chargespeed/azect grills like I did with my old 4th gen.

Use your imagination though...and try photoshopping some different looks til you get what you want...then get to work.
