Unlock all doors with keyless entry?
I'm wondering if there is an easy way to unlock all passenger doors with keyless entry. Here are the methods I currently use, but it doesn't exactly impress my passengers:
1) Use keyless entry. Open driver door and press unlock button on the armrest.
2) Reach for keys. Press unlock button twice.

Advanced
Yes. It is a programmable setting. When configured, you can unlock all doors w/ a single press of the keyfob or by grabbing either of the front door handles.

There are two separate settings in the MID. One for Keyless Access Setup > Door Lock Mode: Set it to "all doors" and a second for Door Setup > Door Lock Mode: Set to "all doors".

The technology in cars has changed significantly over the last 10-15 years. Each manufacturer does the same thing slightly differently or has some unique feature. You may discover these features over time as you drive the car (prolong the joy), or may not know that something exists (maybe no loss).
I have read and search the pdf version of the manuals (I have the time). The learning curve is easier having previously owned a 3G TL, but there is a lot new. If you have not had an Acura before then there is even more to pick up.
Trivia from reading the Handbook, page 393, last paragraph on the right: "If a change in tire pressure has been significant the beeper and hazard warning lights may do lay in sounding and flashing when the specific tire pressure is reached." Seems like an amalgamation of a problem report and the use of the compressor.

The only possible reason to not have it set that way would be concern about extra wear and tear on the passenger locks, opening and closing for no real reason most of the time. I wonder if these locks have enough durability that it doesn't matter?

Extra opening and closing may cause additional wear and tear of be viewed as keeping those mechanism well lubricated. I did not have a failure with my nine year old 3G.
There is a minor security exposure when all doors are opened, allowing an unwelcomed person to enter on the passenger side.

Thank you. LOL.
I was about to ask what was going on. This has been the standard way for at least a decade, so not sure what the issue is for your passengers.
Don't have mine yet, but on my wifes MDX Advance, if you slide your hand behind the handle on any door other than the drivers, it will unlock all the passenger doors. Not sure if the TLX Advance has the same feature or not

That's the issue, wireless key fobs are old tech. In terms of impressive new options, the hands-free keyless-entry is really cool (no need to push any buttons, the car just knows I'm there). Having to pull out the fob the old-fashioned way (15+ year old tech) whenever I have a passenger negates that cool factor.
I think the MDX has more sensors on more door handles (I noticed it on my '15 loaner car I drove last week), whereas the TLX only has it for the driver door.
