This is true - but not relevant for the vast majority who would never turn around and sell a car directly after buying it. I tend to keep cars for 8 to 10 years - the off the lot depreciation means nothing to me in the long run. I never think of a car in terms of an investment - it's a tool. I fully expect to spend money for the pleasure of using a nice one.

 

To wrap this up. Acura and other luxury car companies should consider owners who want to have sex in there vehicles. It is a luxury car and that high roller life is part of the package. They should make the back seat with music controls so you can play your love songs or dimming lights to set the mood. They need some sort of sex appeal vibe in the backseats seats. Just my two cents.

Back to picking up girls in a TLX. True story. Was at the Tar Heel Sports Car Club Auto-X last year. Moral forget the TLX get a StingRay, Porsche or other two seater if you want a 4 wheeled chick magnet. If they are too rich for you wallet a nice bike will do the trick.

Not true, alot of people don't like suvs because honestly they don't look as good as sports or luxury sedans. Me personally I hate the way suvs look. Just saying they should put these luxury features in mid size sedans some how.

Plus acura is aiming for younger buys. Which means kids 16 to 25 would get A tlx from there rich parents. Or some one in there 20's with a nice career. Either way that age group is likely to have hook ups and make out sessions in there cars.
