i found a DIY on this site (for my CL). Jack the car up...make sure it's level. Drain the fluid, put bolt back in, full with new fluid until fluid comes out of the check bolt, then put the check bolt back on. Done. I used Amsoil synthetic MTF fluid.

just stick with Honda ATF or MTF. GM Synchromesh and Amsoil are probably the best, but are more expensive.

Whatever you don't use Honda ATF/MTF.
Stick with Amsoil at the very least and GM Synchromesh if you have a MT.

You pay a little bit more upfront now to save you a lot more down the line.
I have done the 3x3 with Amsoil ATF shortly after purchasing my TL and it made a world of difference performance wise and will help your engine last longer.

If your looking for someone to do it for at an inexpensive price check out Chi @ 360 Auto in Markham.
But like gnuts said it is definitely something you could DIY once the weather warms up with just a lift.

Ya you get what you paid for. I wouldn't say the honda ones are "bad" but the other ones mentioned are on a different level. I used Amsoil and loved it.
