hello everybody, anybody in the gta can fix the rear deck rattle on my 2007 tls, I'm not much of a handy man, thanks

 

Stuff paper towel in between the rear deck and back glass...if you want a quick fix. Worked for me when I had my TL-S and I never had a problem after that...try it out

I was just about to say the same thing except I used a couple of small black towels so they don't stand out. It worked for me like a charm.

 

had the same problem on my 07-S, there was a write up on how to fix it by opening the trunk, taking off the liner and stuffing some towels between this metal piece to stop the rattling for good.

Actually, a good quick method is to get from Home Depot (or similar store) round hot/cold water pipe insulation. They come in 6 feet lengths and are charcoal colour. Cut a 1" strip the length of the rear windshield and neatly place between the rear windshield glass and rear deck. If you have the ebony interior, nobody will ever be able to tell is there. Works like a charm.
