DONT. Know if front callipers seized ??

Hi I have a 2004 Acura tl 6MT
And my breaks have been. Making a squeaky noise
When I bought the car I was told the front driver side
Callipers the one piston was sticking. What are the signs of
Seized callipers??

Does you car pull to one side?
Do you notice more brake dust on one rim more than the other?
If you have an IR thermometer, you could measure and see if there is a temp difference between the left and right front wheels.

Brake dust is going to happen regardless. Was wondering if you were seeing more on one side vs. the other.
Another sign would be a reduction in gas mileage, but if you got the car with this condition you wouldn't notice a difference.

Remove the brake pads and check.
You'll notice one side is worn down a lot more than the other.

My rear caliper last year:

You are spot on with the proper questions!
another way to actually find out that it's your caliper, take the wheel off, try compressing the piston on the caliper - if it's tough then it's definitely seized.
