Also whats the price range he charges?

Does anyone do the Fog light mod in toronto also?

I've done headlights + lower fogs (wrote the ultimate DIY for it) =P

I point the fog lights forward as possible and flush as possible whereas most installers will install them pointing outwards to the sides and make it look like crap and sunken inside your bumper.
