Anyone know of any Acura or TL meets either weekly or upcoming in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)? Not sure if there's a recent thread for this already but couldn't find anything

 

Hello fellow GTAer.

We were very active on the board up until a year ago when the guys decided to start a WhatsApp group. That has now deteriorated into a steaming pile of dogshit.

The original guys meet up every now and again and for show every once in a while. We are heading to Montreal for HondaFest this weekend. Leaving first thing Saturday and returning Sunday.

Yeah last I heard they were moved to Friday meets? Still sucks that I'm all the way in Pickering and you guys are all out in 'Sauga. I'm certainly interested in coming out too, my car is a bit of an embarrassment/stock at the moment which is why I've been holding out so long.

 

I'd be down to meet some Azine folks..

I'm in sauga, just down the street from Erin Mills Acura but who else?? ATLS' location 'Scarberia' I'm guessing is Scarborough though I've never heard it referred to as such.


My car is pretty stock so I don't know about showing up to these meets with nothing really to show although I get the social aspect of it.


I go to a lot of meet ups on my bike but its a lot more fun and we actually go on rides rather than just posing in the parking lot smoking weed or whatever else the ricers do. They make a mess in our parking lot over at 403/Dundas timmies but its still not nearly as bad as the Kennedy Commons or Ertefa ricers.

 

I also wish that more planning went on here instead of on WhatsApp - would be cool to meet some local members but it's hard to tell what's going on.

The IG page @gta.acura has pretty good updates as far as meets go. I'll try and get this regional section updated on events as well
