hey guys i was wondering if any1 knows about wrapping a car in 3m film. my cousin has a g35 and wants to wrap it in either the clear or carbon fiber vinyl. if anyone knows of any shops or any reason he shouldn't do it please let me know, 2007 g35s. thanks. you can bbm me at 26AC3F31. or txt at 6475198944 with ur screen name!

Had my roof wrapped with Shinzo and they did a great job with it.
The clear 3M product you're referring to is usually done to protect the paint from stone chips vs the Carbon Fiber vinyl for aesthetics.
Wrapping a whole car in Carbon Fiber might be risky but to each his own.
Matte Black is more common color for full vehicle wraps.

I wouldnt do it, because it fades and only has a life of 5 years and it will look ugly. For the price you might as well get it painted it would last a lot longer and look better. 2 cents

In 5 years I might either wrap or paint the roof gloss black but thats quite a number of years away.
For the time being I like my roof wrap as its unique so I can understand where your friend is coming from.
