Alright, who's up for round 4?
Looks like we've got everything rolling and ready to go. The date has been set and I have spoken to our fellow buddies at SpeedStar and it all has been approved.
We will be having our 4th annual BBQ at:

It normally starts at 1PM, but I decided to push it back an hour earlier for those of you who would prefer to spend the day a little earlier at the meet so they have their whole afternoon ahead of them. I was going to push for a little earlier, but this gives us organizing to help get the meet going at the beginning of the day. Also, I'm not really a fan of burgers in the morning anyhow!
Can I please get a list and head count going of who may be showing up and who cannot make it? We need to know how much food to be supplying.

Hey guys,
I spoke with Albert yesterday about this meet and what he was thinking of doing was have the TL/TSX meet together to make it bigger. I told him I would speak with you guys about the idea and see what your thoughts are. I don't mind, but at the same time we may run out of parking for the meet itself.

So let's just see how many people are interested in this co-op meet with the TSX and go from there.

I think we should get a MOD to change the title to TL/TSX BBQ, because I think a lot of TL drivers may not look in here and know about this because it seems like a TSX meet.

Spoke with Frank today and its still kind of up in the air with regards to the joint meet idea.
From a few of the TSX owners I spoke they seem to not want to feel outnumbered by the TL's.

Perhaps we should first see what Lexx has to say about it...as he is the organizer for the TSX meet.

If he wants to open it up to the TL's then thats cool but if not ch1zo and I will spearhead the 2nd Annual TL Meet @ SpeedStar.

For the time being lets wait this one out and take it from there folks.

 

I say we just do one big TL cruise to where ever and hold a meet at the location we pick, we always have august to hold our speedstar meet

 

There are alot of ups and down comments towards this meet. The reason why I am posting for a head count is to know how much food is needed and how much space we will have for parking cars.

I would rather have a nice stable meet making it easier for the guys at SpeedStar and ourselves. Being outnumbered is not the problem here. The real problem is there enough people on both sides to hold seperate meets?

There are two different threads going, one here and one on the other forum. If we have 15 guys with a TL on this thread and 15 guys with a TSX on the other thread, I will officially split the meet in half.

As a favour, I ask to please label if you drive a TSX or TL when you are posting your name as we do have duplicate names on the two lists.

Alright guys, looks like the TSX guys wanna have their own meet. So TmaX and myself will go ahead and set up our own meet for just the TL's. You guys prefer a Saturday or Sunday as it should be less busy and more parking on a sunday I would think.

So Let's get as many TL's as we can and make this the biggest meet ever held at Speedstar

I see you guys decided to have a separate meet for TSX and TL.

Well, OP says he's setting a meet on Sunday May 20.
ch1zo says lets get the TL meet going on Sunday May 20.

Call me crazy, but aren't the meets on the same day, therefore gonna be both a TL and TSX meet?
