Would you buy your girlfriend a boob job?
Assuming she wanted them 
I heard this topic on the radio two nights ago and wanted to know what you guys thought.
The story went as follows: A man had a flat-chested girlfriend who he was happy with in everything except for the fact that she had NO chest. So, he said, F-it. He bought her a gift certificate for 8g's to get her boobs done. He figures, well, if she takes it badly the relationship will be over and I don't have to spend 8g's. And conversely, if she's ecstatic about them, he'll have this girl he wants with big boobs that are important to him. It's a win-win. I thought it was entertaining
I personally WOULD if I could afford them. Unless, of course, she was just a floozy. Obviously you have to have some faith in this girl sticking around otherwise you'd be waisting your money when she runs off to someone with a bigger wang/wallet than you.

I don't like HUGE breasts, a generous handfull is all I am looking for. I also don't like this plastic surgery craze our country is going through these days, as human's we're not perfect and that's what makes us human. If you are seriously deformed or have been in an accident I think plastic surgery is a good idea, but for 20 year old girls who are perfectly healthy, just want big boobs, its a shame.

TRUST ME...don't. I think there is a proven stat that says after a boobjob, the girl breaks up with the guy she was with before because girls are dumb and can't handle the extra attention!

They've found that women with boob jobs tend to experience more depression than women without them. I don't think this has anything to do with the surgery, but probably has to do with an overall feeling of not being happy with yourself or your body. The boob job doesn't fix what's really ailing the women - their self image - and when a woman spend thousands to improve her self image and finds that she's still unhappy with herself the affect can be exacerbated.
