a woman that's natural, no implants or cosmetic surgery(atleast not something you can tell she had done), one who takes care of herself...works out, wears good perfume, clothes, wears little makeup, one who isn't a bum....she has goals, a job, etc., oh and can't leave this one out...she has to have a brain. One who can have good conversations with.

CONFIDENCE!!! I've learned from personal experience that a girl who thinks and carries herself like she is hotter than she really is, is much sexier than a girl who is genuinely hot but thinks shes ugly

-thin, but not anorexic.
-nice ass, i could care less what her bra size is, as long as she has a cute ass.
-a brain, she doesn't need to be the next nobel peace prize winner, but she neeeds to be somewhat intelligent.
-she doesn't have to have piercings, and I don't like a ton of them, but a few are sexy
