so heres the situation. for the last month ive been planning a road trip with my boys, and its coming up this weekend. i have 4 available seats in my car, one was pretty much confirmed but not set in stone yet. my GF and two of her friends were also roadtripping down to the same place that weekend (halloween santa barbara)...

well last week she tells me that her ride flaked and they need a ride. i had 4 seats available so i gave them 3. now heres where the problem starts, with the one available seat. my friend Doug was gonna come down with me, so i left that seat open, not promising anyone. well the other day my GF tells me that she told another one of her friends that the seat was open. i was like WHOA, and told her no, that seat is still in question, and i had to call my friend Doug and confirm that he was riding down with me. i called doug last night and he said that he is riding with me...so now the shit hits the fan.

well about 30 minutes ago my girl told me that she promised her friend the seat was open. i was like "NOOOOOO!! i called doug and hes riding in my car". well my girl goes apeshit...saying that i ruined her friends vacation and hers, and that shes not going anymore.....going completely insane, all this. shes pulling the guilt trip on me and all this crap.

now i think im correct, SHE IS WRONG. she should have NEVER promised her friend the seat untill i confirmed it was free, which i never did. she went ahead and assumed it was free last night and told her friend that. this is bullshit. what the fuck is wrong with her....if im not mistaken IM THE RIGHT ONE...RIGHT?????

How old is your GF? this sounds like high school drama, none of them have a car that can make the trip, your gf doesn't even have a license and their giving YOU shit. They claim you ruined her friends vacation and her's, fine, simple solution they are no longer welcome to go with you because they are going to ruin you having a good time.

Also you seem to be young yourself, and are suffering a communication barrier, I'd strongly suggest reading Men are from Mars, Woman are from Venus. This way in the future you will understand what she really means and how to de-fuse the a problem before it turns into what you have to deal with now.
