I will be standing right there and they will just come up and say, "wanna dance........you're beautiful.........your hair is gorgeous.......can I buy you a drink?" type things. 99% of the time these guys are drunk, but I mean come on. Have some fucking common sense that I am standing next to her, holding her hand.......WHAT DOES THAT MEAN BUDDY? Most of the time I play it cool, because I know my girl can stand on her own 2 feet and make these dudes walk. It's when they put those little fingers on her side, shoulder, butt, etc that just crosses the line. Not only should they have some common sense, but I'm not that small of a guy either, so that also surprises me. Gotta love the beer balls.

The simpliest way or the method I tend to do is... go over there and say
"how you doing buddy?" and your arms around your girl... most guys by then will understand what it means. If they don't then they have to either be a dumbass or a prick who still tries. By then, my lady usually says "nice meeting you" to the guy and that'd be end of it.

really...... maybe you aren't representing yourself as the boyfriend? In most cases, guys don't usually hit on a girl who has a guy next to her. Unless they've already been eyeing er for awhile and realizes you're just " her friend" instead of "her man."
In that case, I'd suggest you tell them "buddy, this is my gf. Have some respect." if they are drunk, just walk away with her and avoid the stupid fight.

I don't know what you look like, but I'd think you respented yourself as "her friend" than her bf. Because regardless the beer.... I've never had anyone approach my lady while I'm there.... and my lady is pretty hot.

Ofcourse, I've never had this happen when I'm around from the beginning (And I'm not exactly the huge intimidating kind of guy), usually I walk up in the middle of this.

 

 

im usually reasonable and talk to the guy, 95% of the time they apologize and walk away. but there has been that incident or two where the guy tried to be a jerkoff and say "i wasn't talkin to you" at which point im forced to get a little louder and more firm. i try to avoid the fight and so far so good

 

^^^Im the same way, my girl usually is nice to the guy before telling them, "I have a bf, but thank you for talking to me"..blah blah blah. But you do get those handful of guys that are drunk and cocky and dont care that you are around after she has made it known shes not interested.

Oh trust me, it happens and I represent myself as her boyfriend. You think I would be holding her hand if we were friends? If it's just us 2 at a place? There' scumbags everywhere. You just havent faced it yet. I'm out every weekend about 3x's a week at city clubs so it happens. She gets alot of talkers as we walk by too.

I dont need a lesson on how to do it though, so thanks. I handle myself well, I have never been in a physical fight because of this, and they shut the fuck up when I say something, so I must be doing something right.

I agree with the last 2 posts. If Im within seeing distance of her and a guy is talking to her, I will let her be because I know she can handle her own. Now if I see him put his arm around her or touches her in any kind of way, then that is when her prince comes to the rescue. 99% of the time the situation does not escalate when I come over and they know I am with her.

but most of the time, my girl gets PISSED if she sees some chick hitting on me. She gets really jealous. She doesn't trust other women, probably from a few grabbing my ass, or the one that went up and was trying to give me a ball massage, while my girl was standing right there.

I'm a pretty tall/well built guy, so most of the time if I have to come over they realize what's up and back off...

 

she came up to me when I had my head turned talking, and just bam, grabbed ahold and starting playing massage therapist with my balls. At the very first split second, I thought it was my girl. Then I turned my head, and there's this hot blonde just smiling at me. Needless to say I had to stop that action or my girl would have hit me.

Thats why I dont do much about it unless they cross that line because for 1, I trust her, for 2, I just take it as a compliment, but I'm not cocky about it. Girls get hit on all the time. I'm not like some assholes that I know where if a guy is talking to their girl, they wanna just start shit. I'm more of a calm, conservative type.

I will just be walking in the mall with her and random people will just come up to her in the store and say how they love her hair. I swear, her hair is like a celebrity. lol

On a side note...if the guy is being pushy, bust his head open. It happened to me one time...this gut was hitting on my ex and I got pissed after she said no, he grabbed by the arm and pulled her real close!!! Needless to say...I got booted from the bar and he "fell down" and got a bloody nose!

 

Of course single guys are gonna spot hot chicks and talk to them. thats not the problem. The problem here is, Im right next to her HOLDING HER HAND on the bar. drunk or not, how do you not see that!?!?!? I just added the pole including even if you werent right next to her.
