Is this typical girl behavior?
For a girl to have a boyfriend, but still flirt with other guys behind his back, and then when the guy asks to hang out, she says sure, but then tells the boyfriend she just is nice to guys that like her because she doesnt want to be mean, and that she has no intentions of hanging out with them. I mean is that typical, or right to do?

If I am with someone and another guy asks me out, I would politely decline and explain that I am already seeing someone else.

She uses the boyfriend line supposedly, but later when she talks she says she'll hang out with them, but she says she wont.

at least you are learning this at a young age, and I have to say it is very typical behavior. put your foot down son, and lay the law of the land when you meet someone new from the beginning. but make sure you practice what you preach

I don't think she knows what she really wants yet if she's doing that.
But I do have to kind of defend her, not really but in my situation, I'm around a lot of car lovers, all my friends are almost guys (except the girls in my sorority) so I'm use to being around my guy friends a lot to chill & do nothing. So if she's in the same situation then you don't really have the right to say anything.
My last bf had a problem with this b/c he was very insecure & wasn't use to this & my life style, but never did I disrespect him & pretend that he didn't exist, I introduced him personally whenever I was out with him to all my guy friends n they all knew him & at the same time what is it worth with out trust right?

I'd blame it on the age, most chicks under 25 are always "looking." Older chicks have their priorities set.
Notice that you're 20 on your profile, is she younger?

Her flirting is NOT the innocent type!
That being said, innocent flirting is okay. I flirt all the time even when I'm in a relationship (and he usually does the same with a little bit of tips from me), but in the end we don't let it go too far and always do it when the other person is right beside us so there are no secrets. And no leading the person on too much.
i had a girl that would chill with me behind her boyfriend's back...
i had no idea she had a boyfriend, she wouldn't let me pick her up at her house (cuz she lived with her bf) and some other shady stuff, so i finally asked around
as soon as i found out, i immediately stopped seeing her
she started out just "hanging out" with me, and it quickly became dates (eventhough i had no idea she had a bf), my opinion... as soon as she starts "hanging out" w/ other guys 1on1... DUMP IT
