Found an online coupon and figured what the heck... that was a couple of months ago. I've gone on a lot of dates - I went out with this one girl last week and so far so good (we've been talking since then), but I dunno where it'll go, so I'm still checking out the site.

Today I log on and their matching system matched me with someone. A co-worker. Who is engaged. To a guy serving in Iraq. WTF!

I deleted her from my list of matches, so I don't think she'll see that we were matched - but seriously... maybe they have an "agreement", so I won't judge. The worst thing is we don't get along at all at work. I feel sooooo uncomfortable about this

Yeah I fucked up in that I was so freaked out by the whole thing that I just deleted her from my matches list and deleted her from the archives so I can't get to get profile anymore. I did this because if I can't see hers, she can't see mine - so there's pretty much no chance she'll know that I know.

Her profile said basically the same thing she said to me in person when I introduced myself at work when I started - She's got a law degree, an MBA and an MS. She talks to people like she's better than them, she's somewhat of a slutty dresser at work and is pretty much generally a bitch. She's 35 and divorced - the guy she's (supposed to be) with is 25 and she's got a "days until he returns" countdown going on in the whiteboard in her cube. How fucked up is that.

 

WTF? What are the chances of you getting matched up with a co-worker? Meh, that's why i've never had a proclivity to check out any of those online sites. Crap, i won't even buy clothes online. Rather just check out the goods in person the old-fashioned way i guess.

Haha no pics, sorry. She's got a fantastic slim/athletic bod but she's a redhead with a weird face.

I think deleting her from my matches definitely prevented her from seeing my profile because I saw her several times today and she was the same cold bitch she always is. No weirdness or awkward looks.

 

Maybe she had an account there, but hasn't used it since being in her current relationship....?? I know someone who had a profile online, met someone, stopped logging in, and completely forgot about her profile until months and months later.

Well now I feel bad for starting this thread... I passed by her cube today and notice the countdown of days till her man came back was erased, and pictures of him in the sandbox were gone from her cube walls.
Whatever happened, it can't be good, so shame on me for assuming the worst from her. I'm sure he wasn't KIA though... the office would've done something for her.
