ok.... so before the election i was working hardcore on the bush/cheney campaign, and i met a REALLY hot, nice, funny, genuine guy who was the volunteer coordinator for our county. the week before the election we saw each other quite a bit, and well, i developed a crush.

election night, we all went to the return watching party at a fancy hotel, and we talked for quite a while too. oh, and i was talking to one of my really good guy friends for a while before i started talking to josh (the cute guy) and josh says "oh is tha tyour boyfriend?" and i say "oh no, we're just good friends" or something to taht extent, and he says "oh ok, i jsut didn't want to scare him off or something"... wtf does that mean!?!

anyway.. then, the cash bar stopped serving booze, so we and a bunch of people decided we weren't done partying, and one of the ladies working with us had gotten a hotel room. but we wanted beer. before this though, he suggested we do something anyway. anyhooo, we went to go get some beer (just me and him, in his CORVETTE!!) and bring it back to the hotel.

needless to say, no one drank the beer and we all (about 5 of us) passed out at 5 am from watching the returns and waiting for fucking IOWA! lol.. but we slept next to each other, and even shared a pillow (aww) but no sexual contact was made. however, early in the morning, he started playing footsies. it was too cute. So then that morning we get out of there, and i had to be at work at 12 (at party headquarters) and seeing as he is on the campaign, he gets "fired" nov. 3, so all he was doing was cleaning up, and i haven't seen him since.

now here's the tricky part... i never got his #, there really was no chance to , but i can get it from work, or from others who know it. however, would it be weird/crazy/stalkerish if i called him to see what's up, blah balh? i mean, it's a week past the election, is my window of opportunity up?

PS.. he's 25 and already graduated, i'm 19. do i have a chance?

The guy will be wetting his pants if you call him as long as he finds you attractive. If he doesn't like the fact that you called when you do, he's gay, super shy, or he was never into you. I don't think you have anything to worry about because most guys would love it if you called them. Personally, I'd be flattered if you looked me up and called.

It sounds like, if anything, you two developed a good friendship. That, in and of itself, is enough reason to keep in touch.

I would call him with friendship as your excuse and the hook up as your motive.

Its as simple as a quick email saying you never got a chance to get his contact information but would like to keep in touch. Leave the ball in his court as a friendship offer. If hes interested, he will take it from there.

 

In all seriousness though, I don't think you have anything to lose by calling.
