i was with this girl... almost 3 years ago, for almost a year..
since then, we havent really spoken since (maybe talked to her twice, asking how family is and shit), not to mention her bf after me (of 2 years) tried to jump me.. and threatened me one time on her phone for no apparent reason.

so she IM'd me couple weeks back.. she gets bored at work and i guess she had noone else to talk to? and since then, everytime she was online we would talk, for acouple hours online.. she mentioned to me she comes around my neighborhood a lot so i proposed that i would show her ajapanese restaurant across form her gym (mind you, i had feelings for her for a long time, she broke up with me) and we exchanged phone numbers.

i called her last week tuesday night, and asked her to dinner, and she said yes... since wednesday night, i chilled with her 6 out of the 7 days afterwards.. and if we didnt chill we talked on the phone..

she just got fired from her job and doesnt want to tell her parents she got fired, so she stays out on the days she has work... i dont know if shes chilled with me b/c of that or what... i dont see any indications of her having feelings for me, but i also dont want to get my hopes up cause i dont want to get hurt again..

my mom called me a sucker... so the last time we chilled was Wedsneday, i dont want to call her cause i figure if she had any feelings, she would be the one to call me, and after my mom called me that, i was going to stop chilling with her, but i figure i would just stop calling her. we havent spoke since... not sure whther or not i should pursue this.

By the way, although your ex's bf might have overreacted by trying to violently hurt you, it's incredibly annoying to have your gf's ex talking to your girl. You didn't deserve to be jumped, but there is definitely a reason why it happened. Stop being that annoying dick.

Even if she called you, IT'S OVER. She dumped you for a reason, go on with your life. You live in NYC not Alaska.

You live and NYC and you're 20...dude, you have endless possibilites. This bitch should have been dead to you the second she broke up with you, she wasn't "the one"...so whats the problem ? You should use the time you have right now to bang as many chicks as possible, I wouldn't really be looking for any "real" relationships right now, because chicks your age have no career as of yet, but you can always keep future assests in your back pocket. I say go out and sample a little bit of everything...and see what type of chicks your REALLY like...otherwise you're gonna miss out and dwell on all the bullshit.
