Obviously you don't want to dive in there with any hangnails or something that will scratch, but the vagina is certainly resilient.
What he doesn't explain is that before you get to where this video rolls, you need to do the usual out to in buildup with some oral and quality manual. The guy isn't bringing her to full body convulsions just with those two minutes of jamming.
For a good result, go a good, slow, relaxed 10 mins of manual (exterior) with a very occasional oral. Then give 10 mins of heavy oral and manual......THAT is when you go to the Gspot stimulation technique shown in the vid. It is the last chapter, not the whole book.
