Some of you may remember my post from a while back about my X dumping me. Well yesterday something seriously weird happened.

I haven't really thought about or dreamed about my X lately, but yesterday I had a dream that I went to his house and found some b*tch living there. It was this b*tch that he chats with online. For some reason throughout our relationship he held his online friends in a higher regard than he did me and ultimately their advice was part of the reason he broke up with me...anywayyyy...I was freaking out because our relationship isn't even cold in it's grave and he already had someone move in. He was trying to hide a letter he was writing from me and the only word I could decipher was the first word on the paper...love and I knew that it was a letter to her. He started raving that he loves her and wants to be with her etc...so i start freaking out and eventually my dream turns into a scene from Age of Mythology....but that part isn't important.

You maybe be wondering why I thought to mention this in the forum at all...the very day after I woke up I decided to go to 24 Hours Fitness...I am driving along, miss the turn because I was thinking about that dream and listening to a sad song. I figure okay no big deal and take the next available turn...and who do I end up behind? Him and some b*tch....damn! What kind of coincidence is that? I cried all the way home. It sounds silly, but it bothered me. It was like I was meant to have that dream and end up behind him and some girl. If I had just bumped into him and someone else without having the dream or vice versa it wouldn't have made a difference, but it was kind of like my nightmare came true since both events occured on the same day....

I guess my question is, do any of you believe in signs? Some of my friends think I should take this as a sign from God and just give up on the bastard. I know he isn't any of my business anymore, but I guess it still hurts to see him around. What hurts also is that he never really made the effort to take me anywhere and now that we have broken up he can go ahead and make the effort for others

I know how you feel about the guy not really putting any effort into the relationship, but then after you break up, he starts working out again, keeping a cut, etc......Luckily I haven't seen my ex with anyone yet, but I know when I do that it's going to hurt. 4 1/2 years will do that to you. I still have my down days, but just try to focus on yourself instead of him. It sounds like you were trying to make the relationship work, as was I, so take care of yourself for once. This sounds like a cliche, but every day that goes by you will get stronger, and realize that you CAN survive without this person.

Last night I went to his damn house to drop off his bday gift...and it was all good. He invites me back after I finish going out to the other party I'm supposed to go to. So I ditch that other party and go back to his house and he completely ignores me...what happened to "hey if you're not doing anything after you're done why don't you come back here?"...what a bastard...seriously Should have never gone back...wasn't thinking that was a huge no no!
