You can't always connect on the 1st date. I would try for a second. Maybe go to a few wineries. You are getting to drink wine and have to stand next to the person aka: getting close to someone while partaking in getting boozed up.
You don't need to get whacked at the winery, just taste a few and go to another. It's a lot of fun and you will learn about each other.
The person serving will suggest foods that can be served with wine and this could lead to going to her house to make dinner or yours.

i hate the whole b/s with midgames and drama... if you are interested in her, just ask her out again, but don't overdo it... leave it in her court if she has a crazy schedule to give you a shout when she wants to chill since your schedule is more flexible...
if she texts you... reply but keep it simple... save the complicated discussions for the date... if she is interested in hearing more from you, she will call you...
if she asks if you are not speaking to her... say of course not, i just was off on my lunch break... but i am still waiting to take you out to dinner the next time you are free... or something like that...

Miz, Dallison hit the nail on the head. Go to a rather unconventional date like a winery, and she'll remember you. The idea is to make her feel special and wanted, and booze will create that impression.
