I am a little hesitant to get involved with a complete stranger just because they are on myspace, but I have been contacted by a few completely random woman so far - we are talking and we'll see where it goes. Honestly my expectations are low at best, I am highly doubtful I will find much more then a few more one night stands from it, but you never know if you don't try. I have at least 6 friends who have met there current bf/gf from myspace and are all VERY happy.

So I guess if your just looking for some random hookup's its great, and if your looking for something more serious it can work and is probably a good tool to have because you can read a bit about the person before you contact them. I like the comments section its a great way to see if she's a huge cum dumpster or not, if there is some guy posting remember me? I was the guy from the gangbang a few weeks back that didn't pull out and she leaves it up or worse replies to it she's probably not one to invest a lot of time in.

I don't know of any real hookups from myspace, but I know of one that is worse. My old roommate hooked up with a chick on XBOX Live that played against him at Halo 2. They were strangers, met up (she is from Dallas and he's from Austin), and ended up getting a relationship going. Kinda weird really.

 

other then a few hookups that tunred into friendships, not really. i still talk to these girls and know them pretty well so everything is good. But some of them are total whores and aren't worth your time. like tireguy says u can tell by the comments if she's a "cum dumpster" or not and if she gets around.

but i didn't meet my current gf from there, come to think about it she doesn't even have one.

As for meeting girls on myspace, a couple of my friends have done that and haven't had any problems (well, except the one girl that was 17 pretending to be older, but that's a whole different story).

 

My roommate sent a message to this girl who goes to my school she can up to the room one time she was pretty ugly. She appeared hot on myspace so my roommate got damaged goods. Internet is one of the worst place to meet girls cuz you may get damaged goods. So your better off meeting people in person not internet.

So how do all you pimps and players work it with the myspace girls? i haven't had much luck. How much do you message back and forth before meeting? Do you arrange "dates" or real dates, or just meet up at someones house right away? It seems, in the past at least b4 the gf, every promising lead seemed to just evaporate into thin air... I tend to have better luck in a bar.

 

Its not unlike real life, the only real challenge is not to be too aggressive. Just be laid back, don't reply to messages right away, be a little inconsistent and don't lay it on too thick. After a few myspace messages it should turn to IM, personal email or phone. Be positive, ask real questions not the typical dumb questions, ask her what she's up to the up and coming weekend, if she has plans talk to her about them, eventually she will feel comfortable and an opportunity will present itself and ask her out... No real secret to it, it does take longer then it does in real life, but its easier, the down fall is you can't tell about chemistry. I've met some girls who were GREAT up till when we met, even if they are attractive sometimes things just don't work out between to people. Make a fast and graceful exit and never talk to her again because it will be awkward. My to being an E-[]D [] []\/[] []D

I tried myspace because a friend strongly recommended it, and girls who I've never met before send messages, who am I to argue? I have yet to have a myspace hookup, I've only been using it for 3 weeks.

 

My girl and I have "networked" our way together. Kinda wierd and its not how I expected to meet someone of her caliper but it worked out. Today we couldn't be happier
