Is this messed up?
Is this messed up?
I'll keep this short since I'll be cutting out alot of the details.
This girl sees me on an online site and decides to email me... Cool, she's cute and young (20yr) and she invites me to her company party, I decline... And when its my company party I decided to invite her as a nice gesture... Keep in mind I never met this girl in person. So, we agree to meet up.
When I did meet up with her, my jaws drop. Not that she was hot but standing next to her was her male friend who was 26yrs old... I was like WTF! Ok so I didnt want to ruin the day for anyone, so all 3 of us went to see a movie before the company party...
In the movie I did nothing but think up of a way to escape this disaster of a date nicely... and luckiy I did, I told them I had only reserved 2 seats for me and her so her friend was out of luck, and to make it look real I made a bogus phone call to a co-worker, (I called him up earlier to warn him that I will call him later and to help me out)... and when all 3 of us were in the car I call my co-worker up and he said no I cannot bring more than I had reserve, which was 2... they both heard my co-worker said this since it was in the car and it was on speaker phone.
Unlucky date, but lucky escape from a potential horrible date!
Some people just piss me off, are they that dumb? Who brings a guy friend on a date?

its not her boyfriend, she said its her friend... she also said that the reason was that she didnt know if I was a "nice" guy and that I might do something so she brought him along, WTF? Dont meet me if you dont feel safe!
Another thing that ticked me off was that she had the nerve to say "you got me covered right?" at the movie theater... Stupid hoe!

Maybe she doesn't have much experience with dating. She probably wanted to feel safe meeting someone for the 1st time. She should just have brought a female friend instead though.

her she doesn't want to, but he remains hopeful. Like any girl in her shoes she uses him every chance she can, I bet he may have even bought her a purse. I do think girls do this unintentionally, they just can't be mean to some people, in particular those who care about them. As its been said before girls=

The "you got me covered right?" thing is BS.

I was in a similar situation like this a few months ago. I was talking to a girl online for a few weeks, we would talk to each other for hours continuously, and I really thought I might have something there. She invited me out to a club for her friend's birthday, and since I was going to be out in Manhattan that night with my friends, I decided to go meet her. She invited me, gave me her phone number, I thought that things were good and I was set.
I get there, dressed all nice and stuff (she knew what I looked like already), I ask her if she wants to go hang out and dance, and she tells me she couldn't leave her friends.
I got snubbed pretty badly. I ended up paying $25 admission just to get in, I spoke to the girl for two minutes, dragged three of my boys with me so there's $75 right there they had to pay, and I didn't even get to dance or hook up or even talk to the girl for more than a minute all because of her friends. I spoke to her a month after it happened, and she told me that when I met up with her she thought I was trying to take her away from her friends and that the only thing we could've done was hang out in one big group. No shit, sherlock. Stupid ass.
Forget this girl and move on. I love how some of these girls like to drag friends into the picture when they first meet you because they're afraid you're going to be a lunatic. I guess no one has ever heard of public places.

Some of you guys really go the distance. Next time I need someone to invest in a startup company with no assets, I'll call you and promise "great profit" if you stick your necks out.
As usual, AD knows the fine etiquette of social meetings.
I'm sure he never drinks at company parties.

I can't believe that she brought a friend, but I can't believe that you invited her to your party. So did she leave with him instead of going to the party?

Youre lucky that your friend played along....if it were one of my friends I would have been salivating at the chance to fuck with him on speakerphone and say it was fine to bring as many people as he wanted.

She brought her boyfriend on your date? hahahahhaha

Sit down in a "prime" seat near the bar with no pants on early in the night and you've got a seat for the duration.
