My wife is more likely to use Monistat with Trojans because she has a latex infection. However Durex's don't affect her and she likes how they feel too since some have those added bumps and stuff. Mine haven't broken and I have a HUGE dick.

Moral of the post was that maybe Trojan's material is the reason why some of the female posters here are getting irritated.

Most condoms are made out of latex which some women do have an allergy to. Even those who don't often get irritation from either the latex or simply because they produce a little more friction than skin. That's where I said they should be lubricated, however the lube can cause a reaction as well. Then we can talk about the condoms with spermicide which is good as an additional birth control method but it is well know for causing irritation and infection. I can't use condoms with spermicide at all.

Those who have not had breakage issues..I am wondering if you use an ultra thin at all. Those seem to have the most problems in any brand..

Only have used Trojans.. haven't had one break.

@Sara - I haven't used an ultrathin, but common sense says the thinner it is the easier it will break.

So far so good "knock on wood." Haven't had any "known" problems with breakage. I'm not certain that decreased thickness=increased fragility or if it's the particular material used in manufacturing the condom.

Anyhoo, 2 of the most feared words in the english language for me are "child support." In the last monogamous relationship I was in, I used a condom every single time for 1 year straight. I often find it sketchy when girls tell me I can go "bareback" as if they are doing me a favor. I'm no brad pitt so I can't help but assume that they have said that to multiple men they have slept with

But if your form of birth control is the "pull-out" method, then that's not incredibly smart. I always said there is a name for people that use the "pull-out" method.....it's PARENTS.
I dont condone this method but I'm goin 5 years strong and have no little ones running around. With the same girl of course.

We've used them once. The first time I ever had sex though, I didn't use one, and only tried that one time with one on. They suck, I vote she should take the pill and be careful about when she ovulates and he should look into other things he can do besides using a condom

***still dating my first, hence planning on getting married someday - NOT a one night stand

I'm married, so I don't use condoms. We're not ready for another kid just yet, and neither of us are *fixed*. I make like Amtrak and pull out on time

Additionally, I've never "accidentally" gotten a woman pregnant using this method.

Thanks to all that contributed, and gave me advise. I ended up trying lifestyles ultra thin, trojan her pleasures, and the new Lifestyles skyn(polyisoprene). I prefered lifestyles skin the best. Feels like wearing nothing at all, thanks to polyisoprene material.
