yes, that time of the year is near. we all know it's a hallmark holiday. it's lame and cliche.
so what are your plans for your spouse/significant other for valentine's day?
money's a little tight for me right now...so i'm thinking sending flowers to her office and cooking dinner.
like i said, lame and cliche...but

i want to surprise a close friend of mine with something, but i don't know what...
unfortunately, I won't get to see her in person for valentines day, but I want to send her something. I was thinking of trying to be a bit more creative than the standard flowers and candy... suggestions?

that sounds tempting but i don't like drinking alone unless its a few beers, some times i end up getting drunk but rarely.
I have what 14 days to either hook up with my ex for the day, or option B find an innocent suspect to take out in the evening.

there is def some romance... we are currently taking things slow right now because it is long distance, but that should change in a couple months because she will be coming to school in Boston next fall...
i don't want to over do it, but i want to do something nice for her... odds are i will send her flowers and candy, but i was trying to think of something different...

What do you do in the event of something long distance? Not that I'm dating this one girl, just I'd like to be hitting it and she's coming into town in like two weeks, so do I get her something?

That's nice to send flowers and cook her dinner that's cool, do both. If my man did that I would be very appreciative.
