If a girl is born on a leap year and if she is "technically" of legal age, is it still illegal if by her real birthday she is only like 5 or something.

I ask this because they are pretty tight asses about how you have to be exactly past your birthday in order for you to have legal sex. It is not enough that it is within the same year (though I believe there has been exceptions before), it has to be after the girl/guy's birthday. Don't remember who, but someone mentioned that 18 was an arbitrary number that hardly correlates with maturity.

 

18 is an arbritrary number, and it's kind of a shame that it's so black and white. Taking a photo of a 17 year old in a bikini can get you brought up on pedo charges. Yet a few days later when she turns 18, you can film her in the most degrading hardcore porn you want. I guess they have to draw the line somewhere, and 18 makes sense since that is when people tend to "go out on their own" after high school.

 

"too young" can be hard to define.

For example, i know 16yo girls who are very mature... you'd think they're 20, both physically and mentally. On the other hand, there's a handful of 16yo who are so innocent and naive, it's scary.

I think there's a line to draw when it comes to age/age difference. But where to draw it? It depends on each and every person I guess...

Personally, I wouldnt date a girl under 16yo... even though she was like reaaaaaaaally hot. That's "my limit". I have yet to see a 15yo act my age. If i ever dated a 16yo girl, she would have to be very mature and not that dumb blonde kinda teenager.

All in all i think i'll stick to girls my age or around.

 

i work at a high school... i got enuff problems at work... i dont want no damn youngin causin more problems for me....

 

Anyone know of a website where you can test your ability to judge age on the hoof? Like a line up of sorts and you have to pick their age then at the end the true ages are revealed? I think that kind of "sex ed" would be much more useful to the guys in highschool than "this is a vagina, this is a penis".
