guys just want to meet a nice girl that wont cheat on them and women seem to need to be put in their place "in just the right way" by a guy in order to be happy (along with 100 other requirements that can change daily). rediculous. most women these days are self centered and spoiled IMO.

It doesn't really matter. I did everything for my "man". I cooked, cleaned, ran errands, helped with kids. Stayed away when asked, got closer when asked. Did EVERYTHING in the bedroom he asked....and it didn't get me SHIT! Not even a respectable break up. I truly believe that it doesn't matter how you treat someone, they are going to do whatever they want regardless of the cost or consequence. No more Mrs. Nice guy for me. I am def done here.

You guys are funny. There's no real formula. Just be yourself. You're either with someone who will appreciate it, have things in common, and like you for it, or you're with the wrong person. Not saying everything will be just perfect, but you shouldn't have to 'act' one way or another to make it work. Treat someone how you would want to be treated. You guys are making it so complicated for yourselves.

I think the general overtone is that guys (and girls) too are complaining because they ARE treating people the way they want to be treated (being nice, bending over backwards) yet they're still getting shitted on. So how does one avoid that?

granted, girls are a little more EMOTIONAL than guys....that's just what it is, emotion, it will pass...just don't ignore her or act like a dick, she will forget about it in 2 days unless it's really important to her...
