Tireguy is absolutely correct. It is a numbers game. If you think a dude can randomly walk into a bar and pick up sluts at a whim ... rarely happens. For every chick a habitual one-night-stander bags, he'll get flat out rejected probably a dozen times. But the ends justify the means. I think a lot of dudes have problems taking the "no's" or misreading the signs. After all, the underrated factor in having "game" is actually having thick thin.

I have a buddy who worked at Goldman (he could sugar-coat it all he wants but he was essentially in sales cold-calling high net worth clients). He was the KING of one-night stands because he had so much experience getting shot down at work. I mean, he would call 100 people to land 2-3 meetings. So in a bar scene with stupid, already liquored-up chicks ... it was a breeze. He followed a script, he made his moves ... and cut his losses very quickly.

Clubs tend to be too loud and busy for it to work well, bars are much more relaxed. I could be wrong, but a lot of girls go to clubs to dance with friends and have guys buy them drinks, they really aren't looking for dick unless you've got a real good line.

I find the grocery store to be better then either, don't put on pressure, just be relaxed, funny and a little sarcastic to make them want to find out what your about. That, in itself is the key, keep the focus on them while making yourself be an interesting mystery for them to solve, i.e. want to spend more time around you. Most chicks, even the "good girls," love that "crazy shit" if you say it with the right attitude. They're either looking for some dick and you just happen to be the first one to tell them straight up you'll give it to them, or turned on by the fact that you can non-chalantly talk about something so taboo. I hate to be that guy(no offense thatguy), but if I am to have a one night stand I know it going into it. If I meet a girl and fuck her the first night we meet and I know virtually nothing about her I don't really give a shit about her. I am there for me, she is just going along for the ride... yea I know its no fun for her, but she should have a little more self respect as to not let some stranger jam his dick in her - its instinctual for men, we're living in a generation of woman acting like men and men acting like woman and both sexes hate it, yet won't change. So it would seem clear she has some self esteem problems, I mind as well do my part in making sure it stays that way.

That said I hope I never have a one night stand again, I would really rather know the person and have fun with her, not by myself. But put a few drinks in me and have the right situation present itself I am not going to say no.
