still doesn't change what i did though. she seemd ok with keeping it on the down low and wasn't bitchy at all about me telling her it had to stop. she actually agreed it had to stop and told me never to tell anyone. you guys don't count

Yeah, I don't really think you've done anything wrong, zero. It's not like you raped the girl... she must have at least flirted with you on Saturday if you were able to hit it. 
It sucks just because of the family connection to your friend, but it's not your friend's SISTER in question, it's your friend's brother's girlfriend, who is apparently not a very good girlfriend.
