Whiskers, I don't know whether you were kidding around or not regarding your wife but I have noticed something from my experiences, and this is kinda obvious but still worth noting:
-Business/career oriented women are less likely to orgasm and less likely to be a passionate sex partner altogether
-Creative/"free-spirited" women are where it's at, they will have orgasms and many of them, and they will be so loud that your neighbors are gonna end up getting Bose noise-canceling headphones as a result (true story). Also, they will be more inclined to please you in bed and you can usually convince them to do just about anything with the right approach.

Considering how much more open Europe is supposed to be on sex, I'm surprised you can't find something similar for her there. Sounds like it's time for a romantic weekend get-away to Amsterdam.
