Getting Married......TOMORROW!!!

I don't know why I'm starting a thread on this and I don't know why I'm a little nervous. I don't know why but I'm starting to feel anxious. Not anxious towards being married, but anxious towards meeting 220 family members and friends. I plan on shaking hands and meeting as many attendees as I can. And the thing is, this isn't as big of a wedding as my other family members!

I'm sitting at work and I have not done a single thing but think about what I'm going to say, how I'm going to say it, what should I do when I see a friend whom I have not seen for 10 years, etc. I have family members coming from all parts of the US and even from Vietnam and they're all coming in tonight! It's a bit exciting at the same time.

Normally I wouldn't share this much about my life, but you guys on Azine have helped me out before on stuff that I really needed (eg career advice, resume) so the least I could do is share with you my once in a lifetime event! (I'm Catholic, it's very hard to get married twice, haha)

I will not have any sleep tonight!

Smile, shake hands, give a couple hugs.

Oh and remember it's more about the bride than you

Haha I am in the Garden Grove area. I'm already planning on drinking a little just to relax myself. But don't you worry, my groomsmen got the alcohol covered

Oh man if you think I'm nervous, you should see her! Haha. I always feel like I need to do something. I can't just stand around and smile.

Thanks so much for the offer man but I am actually getting out of work early today to pick up flowers, meet incoming family members, go to rehearsal, set up for pre-ceremony, wash getaway car, go over introduction speech, brush teeth, put on suit, get married. As you can see, sleep is not in there

Congrats dude. I wish you both a lifetime of happiness.

For the record....the Game Over T-shirt is funny, but I really love my wife and son and I enjoy being married. Couldn't imagine my life any other way.

I enjoyed my single life, but was definitely ready to settle down when I met my wife. She was too. Knocking her up was probably not that mature but it was the best unplanned event in my life. We will have to figure out a way to tell him he was 5 months premature.

Don't worry, I don't take "Game Over" or "RIP" personally. I love my soon to be wife. She's been really patience with me during my military days and the stress from me going back to school with a kid. I have no regrets. After all these years I can finally call her my wife.

^^^Now that's effin hilarious!
Yeah, I'm with you, man...if I'd married the girls I dated in my 20's...it'd be a catastrophe. The girl I'm with now, I'm engaged to and couldn't be happier to marry either.

OP, CONGRATS!

That I completely understand. I just feel that it's rude to invite 200+ people and only interact with 1/3 of them. That's why I'm stressing a little on trying my very best to meet and greet with as many as I can during the time that I have available.

Thank you all for the wishes though! I'll share some pictures once I get them.

For now, I will give you guys a special look at one of the engagement pictures. I have not shown my friends our wedding outfit so consider this a special pre-viewing!

You've got one beautiful bride to marry tomorrow!

I know you'll probably be busy and feel overwhelmed but I hope you get to take a few minutes of peace and absorb everything in... By the way, are you guys planning to change into Ao dai during the reception?

Literally the greatest day of my life.

Honeymoon will be a 7 day cruise in Hawaii paid for my dad! There are a ton of pictures but here are a few from a good friend of mine.

He is actually

But he has gotten a lot better at not being strict ever since we moved out on our own.
