I've been thinking of checking out a .com to find a girl. I have a lot of "girl friends" but no girlfriend. Granted I don't have much trouble meeting girls, I just don't have much luck in finding one that I like. I guess I'm just picky. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has tried a site like match or americansingles. What kind of luck did you have? I work a lot now and it's harder to go out to meet people. What do you guys think? Yes or No and if Yes, which site do you recommend. Thanks!

 

perfectmatch.com is sucky. Yahoo ain't bad. I tried my luck on Craigslist of all places and am in contact with a decent looking woman.

if you are meeting lots of women, then don't sweat it. Just keep plugging and you will find one that works for you.

 

i've heard mixed reviews for match.com and eharmony

i did the free portion of e-har, and it took FOREVER to set up my profile, but i guess being thorough will help make a deeper connection between the 2 people

 

I had great luck on match.com. I wasnt looking for e-dating at the time, I just wanted to get in touch with an old friend I found on there. It made me fill in all the values and post a pic for me to contact her, so I did.

Next thing I know, i was getting at least 3 emails a week from girls wanting to get to know more about me. I was having fun with it so I left my profile up for about 6 months. I went on at least 5-6 dates with women I was very attracted to (posted a few threads about some on here) and dated a few for a while. IMO, Match was great for singles in my city.
