Ever had one of those days?
Be sure you don't waste your summer. You know finding a new girl will help, just don't go hogging in desperation.
This time next year it won't mean a thing.
I've been there... I am sorta in the same place right now...
I try to stay active to keep myself loose and get my mind off anything that was bothering me. Working out, playing some pickup basketball/soccer helps...
I have also taken the time and just gone for a walk and reflected. Sometimes you just need to relax, think things out, and hopefully realize what is the source of your indifference. If it's someone, hopefully you can cut ties with them and move on rather than continue to dwell...

Ding ding ding! Find it and fix it.
I'm very rarely down like OP is describing, but if I have a bad day I go play with my baby niece and nephew. And if that's not possible, listen to some music (among others).
I hate giving advise that I do not follow but when I was younger and in a rut working out always made me feel better. These days I kick a soccer ball really hard.
I think the key is to break up the routine of your day. I have left work early, picked up Elliott at daycare and went to the park a couple times. That cheers me up.
Other things that have helped me in the past include road trips, detailing my car, repairing something, drinking with friends, etc.
I find that anytime you can identify a task and follow through to completion you feel enough of a sense of accomplishment to change your mood.
