maybe its what your asking her to do. sometimes girls get shook when you call them to chill just you an her. Call her when you are going out with a bunch of people and invite her along.

if she knows your number, and wants to hang out, she'll call...ignore her the next time you see her, see if that makes her call...I have seen that work numerous times... I wish I could tell you why...but I only know that it does work sometimes.
